Our services

Our services are free of charge until they are successfully sold / rented and cover the entire area of ​​real estate marketing, from the inclusion of the property to the handover of the keys, without any contractual obligation. The service package includes the complete recording of the property with wide-angle photo, video and drone recording, the internal and external valuation of the property, advice taking into account the relevant tax and legal aspects, high-quality sales documentation, area-wide publications on the largest real estate portals in Switzerland and social media, the appointments and visits, the registration and accompaniment at the notary / office clerk as well as the key handover. If the sale is successful, a commission of 1% is payable, for the rental 1 month rent, without further costs.
